Hampton Inn Henderson

Great little hotel. Gym was up to date and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond.

Very nice! Accommodating, clean establishment, providing excellent quality service; at the lowest price.

We stayed here once before and enjoyed the room and service. This time however wasn’t what we expected from what many have called a mid level hotel. The room looked dated( especially the bathroom) and it was just mediocre. The location is great as you have access to many eateries, hospital, highways etc. What we didn’t like was the absence of a welcoming smile and sharing with us the amenities available. It’s always good to see and hear those things. We enjoyed a good shower and night’s rest. Upon leaving, the desk clerk didn’t even look up at us and greet us with a good morning. She only asked if we’d like our receipt emailed to us. They can definitely do better.

My husband nephew funeral 11/16/25 in Norlina. I went to book our room and when booking for Henderson NC it somehow switch me over to Hendersonville NC. I didn't realize it until on our way leaving out. I had to rebook for this hotel and when arriving into the lobby, we were greeted by Ms. Hunter. She asked how we were doing and I started explaining my situation to her. She immediately said le me see what I can do to help and she did EXACTLY that. You would be surprised how people won't help a guess and for her I'm so grateful for.Thank you again Ms. Hunter for going the extra mile. The next morning when going down for breakfast they had a great variety to choose from including grits on the menu. It was a younger lady that was really keeping the food and everything else fully stocked! I told her how much I appreciate everything that she was doing. My only complaint is don't throw out the DECAFFEINATE coffee before breakfast is over especially when it's not out at night. Everything else was good.

Sounds from tenants next door were annoying. You could hear all conversations through the adjoining room door. Tub had drainage issues. Called maintenance and they couldn't fix the drain. Breakfast was great!

I have stayed at this location several times and have never had a single problem. The hotel is in a quiet busnes area away from town. There are very close restaurants and a Walmart. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I wanted to post a new review as I've come back a few times since my last review. I have been satisfied and needs exceeded by the delightful staff. I try to learn a new name of the team here each time I come. It's comfortable (physically and mentally) to return. I feel confident that any reasonable request I make will be met. I'm grateful to Shirley and everyone who works so hard to make my stays as pleasant as possible. Specifically, Pantheria made a last minute request happen on my previous stay and I was delighted to use the suite for the last two days of my stay that week. Miss Cassandra, thank you for a wonderful breakfast this morning.

This hotel is located in North Carolina. It's a great place to stay, easily accessible just off of Interstate 85, Exit 212. Five Stars . The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and fresh, with no odors. It's always quiet around the location and internally. Breakfast is served, and we like staying here for all those specifics I've stated. Henderson has a lot to offer as it has expanded over the years. Be sure to include this hotel in your plans when you need an overnight stay in the area.
